Meet Our Founder

Brianna Marshall, MS, LMFT
AAMFT Approved Supervisor

Brianna Marshall, M.S., LMFT is the founder and clinical director of a practice built on a clear and enduring vision: that exceptional mental health care should be both deeply compassionate and genuinely accessible. Rooted in the Las Vegas community she proudly calls home, Brianna created this space to provide high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children while helping clients utilize their insurance benefits — expanding access to meaningful support without compromising clinical excellence.

What began as a passion for ethical, relationship-centered therapy has grown into a collaborative and mentorship-driven practice grounded in integrity, growth, and connection. As a clinician and leader, Brianna is committed to cultivating an environment where therapists feel supported, clients feel truly seen, and the work remains purposeful and human at every level. Her leadership reflects a long-term dedication to building something lasting — a practice that strengthens both the clinical community and the people it serves.

In addition to guiding the practice, Brianna provides psychological evaluations for immigration hardship letters, including Waivers, Pardons, U-Visa, and VAWA cases. She is also a respected speaker throughout Las Vegas, presenting on mental health, resilience, and relationship dynamics across academic, corporate, and community settings.

At the heart of Brianna’s work is legacy — creating a space rooted in accessibility, authenticity, and high standards of care. More than a business, this practice represents her commitment to building a community where healing feels supported, growth is encouraged, and meaningful change continues to ripple forward for years to come.
